New Computers!

The Thomaston Public Library is pleased to offer four additional computing stations for public use, bringing the total number of public computers to 13 (four of which are in the new children's library). The new computers were made possible by generous donations from the Rockland Kiwanis, who provided the towers, and Walmart Inc., which provided a $1000 grant for the purchase of monitors and hardware. The new computers are completely open to the public and it is not necessary to have a library card to use them. Each is networked to a central printer, is internet ready, and has word processing software installed.
