As part of World Habitat Week, Midcoast Habitat for Humanity will give a talk and slideshow on Wednesday, October 6, from 6 to 7 pm at the Thomaston Library about the importance of decent, safe, and affordable housing worldwide and right here in Knox County. Come and learn about the mission of Habitat, as well as the new house we are starting in Thomaston and how it incorporates sustainable building and energy efficiency.
