The Friends of the Thomaston Library present:

It's a Wonderful Life
Friday, December 17th

Thomaston Academy Building, room 208

No one is born to be a failure. No one is poor who has friends. Simple thoughts that were an inspiration for one of the richest, most uplifting, most beloved American films ever made. Frank Capra's classic tale of George Bailey (Jimmy Stewart) and his Christmas Eve visit with a guardian angel named Clarence (Henry Travers) was nominated for five Oscars including Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Actor. After 60 years it remains as powerful and moving as the day it was made.

Friday night films are presented free of charge but donations are gratefully accepted. Light refreshments will be served. The Thomaston Academy Building is handicapped accessable from the parking lot entrance. For more information call the library at 354-2453.
