Authors Among Us Lecture Series Announced

Authors Among Us

Wednesdays at 6:30

Thomaston Academy Building, Room 208

October 21st through November 18th


The Friends of the Thomaston Public Library will hold a series of readings entitled "Authors Among Us” on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Room 208 of the Thomaston Public Library; there will be time & opportunity for buying and signing books with a simple reception as well.


The first presentation will feature Ellen Goldsmith and Carol Willette Bachofner on October 21. The scheduled lectures for the rest of the series will be Kate Braestrup, author of 'Here If you Need Me' on October 28, Nancy Griffin, author of 'Maine 101' on November 11 and Christopher Fahy, author of 'Red Tape' on November 18.

Admission is free but donations are appreciated. The Library in the Academy Building is handicap accessible by the elevator in the parking lot. Call the library at 354- 2453 for further information.
